If the user encounters errors like corrupted content or other such errors while trying to access web content in offline mode, given that user has permissions to save the content for offline mode. Then, in order to eliminate these errors, user is instructed to follow the steps below before going offline.
1. Click save to browser in top-right corner of the document.
2. Bookmark and save the page in browser.
3. Refresh the web-page, before going offline.
4. Test to see if errors still persist.
