[1] Vitrium only converts a single worksheet from Excel and the worksheet must be formatted correctly to fit all the columns onto 1 page. If you have a lot of columns, you can choose the landscape setting in your Excel Page Layout settings. It is strongly recommended that you check the "Print Preview' in Excel prior to uploading the file to Vitrium for protection to ensure all your columns will appear as you want them in the protected format. If you have a multi-worksheet Excel file that you would like to protect in a non-editable format, we recommend that you convert the entire Excel workbook to a multi-page PDF first, then upload the file to Vitrium for protection.
[2] For large PowerPoint files, we strongly recommend that you convert them to a PDF format as this will 'optimize' your file and flatten your images to produce a more web-friendly version in Vitrium. It will also greatly reduce your file size and subsequent storage space in your Vitrium account.
[3] Vitrium does not support animated GIFs.
